📍Brian Richey is Executive Vice President and Co Founder of ConferenceDirect, a meetings and events planning organization. He founded the company 22 years ago with Brian Stevens who he previously worked with at Hilton Hotels. While ConferenceDirect started with just Stevens and Richey they know have 400+ Associates around the world and have become a primary player in their industry. Richey currently serves on the Board of Directors for Growing Leaders, teaches leadership and character at The Atlanta Youth Academy and is an assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at Mt Vernon High School in Atlanta.

📍In 2001, I signed my first NFL contract with the San Francisco 49ers and achieved a goal I set for myself when I was 10 years old. I spent the next 7 years in the NFL, won a Super Bowl with the Patriots, and lived my dream. And then at the age of 30… it was over.

For the next several years, I struggled to find myself again. Can you relate?

I was unsure …. Who was I without football? What was I passionate about? What could I offer the world? How could I make an impact?
